The National Unity Government (NUG)

· In Natoegyi Township of Mandalay Region, there have been ongoing local battles along the gas pipeline to China. According to People’s Administration, local residents have had to run away.

· In Thabaitgyin Township of Mandalay Region, the junta army conducted aerial attacks on Laitkya Village for two consecutive days, according to Pyin Oo Lwin District People’s Defence Force.

· In Bago Region, the PDF (3701) attacked the junta’s army camp in Zeedaw Village at about 2:00 am on May 18. According to the military headquarters under the Ministry of Defence-NUG, weapons were confiscated and the camp was destroyed.
