Resident of Maungdaw killed by gunfire from a terrorist group

As reported by local residents to Narinjara News, a local motorcycle carrier was killed in an ambush by the

armed terrorist group ARSA in the northern region of Maungdaw Township on October 11.

The individual who passed away has been identified as Maung Nyein Chan, aged 23, hailing from Phawut Chaung Village located in northern Maungdaw Township.

He was attacked by ARSA close to Leik Ya village while riding a motorcycle and transporting goods from Nantha Taung village to Maungdaw, as verified by a local from Nantha Taung village.

On October 11, Maung Nyein Chan was ambushed and killed by the militant Muslim group ARSA in the northern area of Maungdaw Township.
