AA verifies 3 women wounded, 6 homes wrecked in Kyauktaw bombing

On the morning of April 13, the eve of Thingyan, a major traditional festival, the military junta's air forces targeted a residential neighborhood in Kyauktaw, located 80 miles north of the state capital Sittwe, injuring three women and damaging six houses, confirmed AA spokesperson U Khaing Thu Kha.

The three hurt women were recognized as Ma Kyi Kyi Win (27), child of UU Saw; Ma Chit Hnin Wai (10), child of U Hla Aye Maung, and Ma U Than May, 24, daughter of U Khin Maung Hla.
